Phi Mu wins 2nd in the homecoming competition!

Lambda Theta receives the Silver Chapter Excellence Award!
The Chapter Excellence Award was created as the highest award a chapter can receive at USC and as such, represents the ideal chapter. After being judged on their ritual, scholarship, service & philanthropy, leadership, recruitment & retention,chapter standards & membership accountability, finances, external relations, and friendship, the Lambda Theta Chapter received the Silver Chapter Excellence Award! Phi Mu places 2nd overall in Sigma Chi's Derby Days!
After placing 1st at the Brother Auction, 1st in Penny Wars, 1st at the Mystery Event, 2nd in Powderpuff Football, 2nd in the Airband Dance Competition, 3rd in Miss Venus, and 3rd in the silent auction, the sisters of Lambda Theta chapter placed 2nd overall in Sigma Chi's Derby Days benefiting Children's Miracle Network! Phi Mu raises over $300 for CMN at Count the Candy Hearts!
Phi Mu's 2nd annual Count the Candy Hearts philanthropy event raised over $300 for Children's Miracle Network this month! At this event, students paid $1 to guess how many candy hearts were in a jar and all the proceeds went to our local Palmetto Children's Hospital. The winner received a $100 Visa gift card! Phi Mu and Kappa Delta pair to win 2010 Miracle Cup!
Phi Mu and Kappa Delta paired together for 2010 Dance Marathon and raised over $25,000! We held mutiple fundraisers and helped USC's DM raise it's largest amount ever and took home the Miracle Cup, the prestigious award given to the top fundraisers on campus. Thank you to all our dancers, especially those who stood on their feet for the entire 24 hours! (read more)
Phi Mu Welcomes 252 Founding Members to the Lambda Theta Chapter at Carolina
Following three exciting weeks of public relations and recruitment on the University of South Carolina campus, Phi Mu Fraternity is happy to welcome 252 new women as founding members of the Lambda Theta colony. The new colony is looking forward to supporting the children at Palmetto Health Children’s Hospital, date parties and social events with other groups on campus, and building a strong sisterhood that will leave a legacy as the founding member class at Carolina. "Extension at Carolina has truly been one of my most rewarding experiences since I have joined Phi Mu. Our success here has shown just how strong Phi Mu is as a National organization and as one of the best women's organizations in the country", said Resident Consultant Christa D’Amico. The new members are excited to begin their Phi Mu education and to be installed as a Phi Mu chapter later this fall.
