Family Involvement

Family is something each Phi Mu member holds dear to her heart because, without our families, we would not be the successful young women we are today. Additionally, we consider Phi Mu to be an extension of our families, so we do a great deal to include our families and show them how important the bonds of Phi Mu are to us!

FORMAL PLEDGING CEREMONY

When our Phis (new members) first join, parents are invited to attend their daughters' Formal Pledging Ceremony, during which they can learn about our fraternity, our values, and our traditions. In this way, we hope to educate parents about Phi Mu's prestigious history and help assure them that their daughters have made the right decision in choosing our distinguished organization!

PARENTS' COCKTAIL

The Lambda Theta chapter hosts a Parents' Cocktail during Parents' Weekend at USC complete with food, drinks, dancing, and silent auction benefiting our philanthropy, Children's Miracle Network. This gives Phi Mu parents the opportunity to meet each other while giving sisters the opportunity to show their parents what Phi Mu is all about!

MOM'S WEEKEND

This past spring, Lambda Theta was lucky enough to host the mothers of our members for Phi Mu Mom's Weekend! The weekend was complete with coffee and breakfast, a Kendra Scott pop-up, and more at the Phi Mu house!
